To fill out an application, please download the form called "Residential Application" and make sure to open it up in Adobe pdf. If you type it in the internet browser form it pops up in, it will not save what you have typed out.

After submission of the application, please make sure to attach all necessary documents including but not limited to pay stubs and copy of drivers license for each applicant/co-signer on the lease. To attach the documents please send an email to ashley@garlandapartments.net

To pay the holding fee and background check fee explained on the last page of the application, a link will be sent to you after the property manager has reviewed your application. You will be sent a link to pay the payment with your credit card.
